You have already tried to start doing sports more than once, but every time you give up quickly… You want to start doing exercises, but do not know how?
It is not a secret for anyone that physical activity is good for our health, however, sometimes it is so difficult for us to do exercises regularly You are not the only one for whom it is not easy to make yourself play sports.
We interviewed subscribers and found out what reasons prevent them from doing sports regularly, and when sports exercises bring maximum fun and benefits.
According to the survey, the percentage of sports enthusiasts - 51.7% and shirking under various pretexts (the weather does not allow, I’m working late, the sneakers are too tight, and I didn’t have time to feed the cat at home ...) - 42% is close enough.
The survey showed that respondents, when deciding whether to go for a workout or not, refer to mood, emotional state and that is why it is difficult to choose the day when training is most difficult. The answer “always differently” was chosen by 47%. And 16.8% firmly stated that there are no such days, “I am a machine!” - confidently say the respondents.
For most of our respondents it is easy to train in the evening - 45.6%. 36.6% of respondents turned out to be, on the contrary, “early risers,” waking up at first light and going to workouts.
We would like to note that 89.2% of those surveyed, in addition to running (62.4% have already begun preparations for the Almaty Marathon 2019), are engaged in another sport. The most popular were the workouts in the fitness club - 37.2%. Cycling and swimming were the next equally popular sports activities. 21.5% of respondents keep pace with the times, because triathlon is actively gaining momentum now.
The majority of respondents (43.6%) play sports 3-4 times a week, 31.2% of respondents 1-2 times a week.
