The Almaty Half Marathon 2025 is an annual running competition with the distances of 21.1 km, 10 km and 10 km Nordic Walking. It’s a beautiful spring run through the blooming streets of the Garden City, organised for 10,000 people from over 20 countries who are ready to confess their love for running every day.
The Almaty Marathon is a member of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) and its tracks are certified in compliance with the World Athletics standards.

Registration will close on April 4, 2025, or when 10,000 participants have been reached, including 60 Ekiden teams.

Ekiden (4 members in a team) – 160,000 KZT
To participate in the Ekiden relay, each team must have at least one woman in its composition.
The entry fee is non-refundable and non-re-registerable.
Starter kits will be issued on 18-19 April 2025 in Almaty. The exact address to pickup your kit will be announced later. No starter kits will be issued at the start area.
