The Almaty Marathon is a member of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) and its tracks are certified in compliance with the World Athletics standards.

Registration will close on April 6, 2026, or when 10,000 participants have been reached, including 65 Ekiden teams.
Age Categories
Half Marathon – 21.1 km – 18–24, 25–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+ years old
10 km Distance Race – 15–17, 18+
10 km Nordic Walking – 15+ years old
Ekiden Relay – 15+ years old
Distribution of starter kits will take place on April 17–18, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the address: Almaty, Timiryazev str., 42, Atakent KCDS, Pavilion 9. There will be no issue at the start site.
Entry Fee
21.1 km Half Marathon -– 20,000 KZT
10 km Distance Race – 20,000 KZT
10 km Nordic Walking – 17,000 KZT
Ekiden (4 members in a team) – 200,000 KZT
To participate in the Ekiden relay, each team must have at least one woman in its composition.
