The excellent news for the beginning runners and lovers of marathon races! Within the frameworks of Almaty Marathon 2018 event our team conducts free open training sessions! They will be held every Saturday at 10 o’clock in the morning at the Park of the First President site.
Despite his young age, the trainer of weekly training for Marathon is Nikita Fedotovskikh. He is the trainer in the school of cyclic sports of World class Almaty, the repeat prize winner at the Republican competitions, the prize winner in the mountain championship of RK in the group race on the highway, the prize-winner in the third youth competition in play on the track, champion of Almaty in the individual races, prize-winner at the championship of RK in the multi-stage tour “Priirtyshye”. The master of his craft, Nikita for the next 3 months will not only train runners for the annual sport event, but also direct you to get the successful result in the Marathon without damage to your health.
Physical training is required for any race. Since our shortest distance at the Marathon is 10 km, it is necessary to start training for it long before start of the event. While our training sessions you can learn correct technique of running at any distance, prepare your organism for a certain load, become healthier and systematic training will not just positively impact your physical condition, but also will make you more disciplined and hardier.

The school of cyclic sports also offers individual training, where you will be trained according to your own program, drawn-up for you by the trainers of the World Class Almaty.
