On June 2, in the framework of the “Different you!” challenge open training sessions are resumed at the Park of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty. The trainings will be held every Saturday at 10.00 a.m. Everyone can participate in it.

Nikita Osadchiy, the master of sports of the international class in speed skating, the two-time winner of the European Cup in speed skating, the four-time champion of the RK in speed skating, the prize-winner of the RK Championship in bodybuilding and the bronze medalist of the Almaty Championship in bench press and classic bench press, will conduct open training sessions.

A special program for the study, development and improvement of the running technique has been created.

"The Almaty Marathon team supports and accepts the "Different you!" challenge and invites Almaty residents to join this sports test. We start training sessions again to give everyone a free opportunity to start practicing, understand the technique of running and make sports a part of their lives. As you know, the habit is developed in 21 days. Challenge "Different you!" spurs to become better, to improve yourself along with 300 000 other Kazakhstanis. The event will be the most massive flash mob launched simultaneously across the country", - commented Saltanat Kazybayeva, director of the Almaty Marathon.

The "Different you!" national sports initiative is launched with the purpose to develop a habit among Kazakhstanis to go in for sports. To do this, it is enough to spend only half an hour for physical exercises within 21 days.

The project has already been supported by the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, who in his video message called on Kazakhstanis to lead an active lifestyle and do sports. The challenge has already been accepted by Kazakh stars and athletes.

The mechanics of the project are simple: the residents of Kazakhstan who have accepted the challenge sign up for the official pages of the "Another you!" challenge on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, ВКонтакте) and wait for the start. From 4 to 25 June, participants daily, for 21 days, perform various sets of 30-minute exercises and share photo / video reports on their pages in social networks, marking them with a special hashtag #anotheryou and geolocation.

The project was initiated by the Fund for the Development of Social Projects "Samruk-Kazyna Trust" on behalf of the entire Group of Companies of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna". The Corporate Fund "Courage to Be the First", known as the organizer of the largest running event in Central Asia - Almaty Marathon, is the organizer of the sports initiative.
