I have been running since 2015, as for the person who is always the center of attention, my appearance is important for me. Sport helps me not only look good, but also gives confidence, helps you reduce stress and fatigue after shootings. Every woman needs such moments when she can gain strength for new daily feats. The meditative effect that evening running gives is a great way to escape from everyday tasks and tune in to a gorgeous evening with your family. The main thing is to take your time, not allowing any excuses! ".

The oldest participant today was 65 years old and the participants came to the start with friends, mothers and daughters. Many of them ran for the first time today, this once again proves that the Women's Race removes the barriers and blocks and allows women to take the first steps towards running and doing sports, "comments Saltanat Kazybayeva, the organizer, director of the Corporate Fund’ “Courage to be the first ".
